Therapeutic Approaches
My work is primarily grounded in two complementary approaches that work together to facilitate deep healing: Natural Processing and DNMS.
Natural Processing (NP)
A Type of EMDR Therapy
Natural Processing is an integrative approach to EMDR therapy that honors the body's innate wisdom in healing trauma. This gentle yet powerful method works with your natural processing capabilities to resolve traumatic memories and their associated symptoms.
Key Features:
- Integrative EMDR approach
- Body-centered trauma processing
- Honors natural healing rhythms
- Effective for complex trauma

Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy (DNMS)
A Type of Parts Work
DNMS is a comprehensive ego state therapy that addresses unmet developmental needs from childhood. This approach works with different parts of yourself to provide the nurturing, protection, and guidance that may have been missing during formative years.
Key Features:
- Ego state therapy
- Addresses unmet developmental needs
- Internal resource building
- Integration of fragmented parts

These modalities work together synergistically to promote gentle yet deep transformational healing. Natural Processing helps release traumatic memories while DNMS addresses the developmental needs and creates internal resources required for lasting healing and integration.
